DAY 1 – May 2026 – Departure Flights from Home Cities
- All Holset Challenge 2025 winners, and guests, depart today for their overnight flights to Dublin, Ireland.
DAY 2 – May 2026 – Arrive Dublin
- Flights arrive Dublin International Airport (DUB) this morning.
- After landing at DUB, and completing customs and immigration formalities, Creative Incentives along with local Irish Staff members will meet and greet all guests with a warm welcome to Ireland! There may be a few different flights arriving with our guests. We’ll assemble the group in a central location until we have everyone.
- Once we have the group ready to go we’ll escort them to our private coach and transfer to Adare, Ireland.
- Enroute to Adare in County Limerick, we will stop for breakfast.
- Upon arrival to Adare we will enjoy a leisurely guided walking tour to see the highlights of the village. Adare is famous for its attractive main street of thatched houses and colorful gardens.
- After our walking tour of Adare we’ll head to our host hotel, the Dunraven Arms, for check-in
- The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure. Unpack, relax and freshen up for the evening.
- Our welcome dinner is at the Fitzgerald Woodlands House Hotel.

DAY 3 – May 2026 – County Clare & The Cliffs of Moher
- After breakfast at the Dunraven Arms, guests will begin today’s journey by driving along the coast of scenic County Clare to visit the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland’s most beloved, natural landmarks. We’ll see magical vistas, overlooking the shimmering Atlantic Ocean along with Ireland’s Western coastline.
- Continuing on, we’ll travel through Burren National Park, a unique landscape of limestone hills, flowers and caves. This region also contains many dolmens which are prehistoric monuments formed by large limestone slabs.
- We’ll take a lunch break at a local restaurant to enjoy an authentic Irish lunch.
- After lunch we’ll continue our journey to visit the Caherconnell Farm where we’ll have the opportunity to experience farm life and to see sheepdogs working in their natural environment.
- The group will enjoy dinner this evening at The Dunraven Arms Hotel.
DAY 4 – May 2026 – County Kerry – The Dingle Peninsula
- Today our touring adventure is to County Kerry to discover the beautiful Dingle Peninsula. Make sure to fuel up and have a hearty Irish breakfast!
- The Dingle Peninsula was once described by the National Geographic Traveler as “the most beautiful place on earth.” We’ll drive along the South shore of the peninsula offering a multitude of vistas of heathery mountains, sandy stretches of beach, stunning green landscapes and rocky headlands. We’ll make stops at strategic locations to admire the views and to take photo’s.
- We’ll head into Dingle, the only town on the Dingle Peninsula. Dingle is situated below Slievanea Mountain and faces comfortably onto the sheltered harbor. As a market town and fishing port, Dingle has long been well supplied with pubs and opportunities to hear traditional Irish music. We’ll enjoy a group lunch and some free time during our visit to Dingle.
- Our next stop is a visit to the village of Annascaul and a stop at the South Pole Inn to enjoy a drink and to learn about the Antarctic explorer Tom Crean.
- We’ll return to Adare, and the Dunraven Arms, in the afternoon. We’ll have some free time before dinner this evening at a local restaurant in Adare.
DAY 5 – May 2026 – County Cork, Cobh and the Blarney Stone
- After breakfast at the hotel, guests will begin today’s journey into Cork, the second largest city in Ireland.
- Upon arriving to Cork we’ll set off on one of Ireland’s most scenic and historic rail journeys to Cobh, a port town that was the last sight of Ireland for millions of Irish emigrants in the 19th and 20th centuries. The train journey will follow the same route many of those emigrants took. Cobh is also the last port of call for the Titanic.
- Upon arrival to Cobh, our group will embark on a guided walking tour known as the Titanic Trail, which will show us around the streets of Cobh. The tour reveals locations and incidents directly connected to the Titanic and many other aspects of the port’s history.
- After the walking tour of Cobh we will head to a local venue to enjoy lunch.
- This afternoon we drive to Blarney where we’ll climb the battlements of Blarney Castle and kiss the famous “Stone of Eloquence.”
- Our touring today ends this afternoon at the hotel where guests will enjoy the balance of the afternoon at leisure
- We will dine this evening at the Dunraven Arms Hotel.
DAY 6 – May 2026 – County Kerry – The Ring of Kerry, The Gap of Dunloe and Killarney
- Today is a full day of touring adventure so beginning with a good breakfast is highly suggested!
- After breakfast we set off to explore the Ring of Kerry, which consists of over 100 miles of marvelous scenery. We’ll see some of Ireland’s highest peaks on one side of the road and a coastline scattered with golden beaches and rocky headlands on the other.
- Our next stop is the Gap of Dunloe, a narrow mountain passing running North/South, in County Kerry. We’ll make a stop at Moriarty’s Gift Shop known for it’s authentic Irish hand knit sweaters, tweeds, woolen throws, blankets and jewelry. Since the shop opened in 1964, Moriarty’s has become a landmark destination for shoppers.
- Our final stop today is Killarney. We’ll enjoy a horse-drawn jaunting car ride through the grounds of the Killarney National Park. Afterwards the guests will have free time to explore the charming town of Killarney on their own. We will include a cash allowance per couple for lunch in Killarney at leisure.
- At a set time this afternoon we will depart Killarney and head back to Adare and our hotel. The remainder of the afternoon will be at leisure.
- This evening is our Farewell to Southern Ireland. We’ll have a private group dinner at the Dunraven Arms Hotel.
DAY 7 – May 2026 – Adare to Dublin
- After our final breakfast at the Dunraven Arms we will check-out and depart Adare for Dublin.
- We’ll travel through the Irish countryside into Dublin with a tour of the Guinness Store House and lunch.
- We will check-in at our hotel, the Hyatt Centric – The Liberties District, with the balance of the afternoon at leisure.
- This evening we will dine at Nancy Hands, a traditional Irish Pub. We’ll take part in a ‘Pull Your Own Pint’ experience where guests will lean how to pull the perfect pint! A splendid farewell evening toast to our Holset Challenge 2025 award trip!
DAY 8 – May 2026 – Departure Day from Dublin
- All too soon, the Holset Challenge 2025 award trip has come to its final day.
- There may be some of us in the group who are extending their trip a few extra nights in Dublin. Those guests may opt to remain on their own at the Hyatt Centric or at another hotel in Dublin. For those guests we’ll schedule their flight on their specific departure date.
- For everyone it’s one final Irish breakfast and then Holset Challenge 2025 is a ‘wrap’!
- Guests that are headed home today will be transferred to Dublin International (DUB) for their departure flights.
